We, the family of the late Anne Lyng who died on 17th December, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many relatives, friends and neighbours who visited us, attended the reposal, funeral mass and burial and who supported us at this difficult time. We are truly grateful for all the mass cards, sympathy cards, messages of condolences, phone calls and flowers.

We would like to give a special word of thanks to all the staff of the Cara Ward, St Vincent’s Hospital who cared for Anne with such kindness and compassion during her final weeks: all those who participated in Anne’s funeral mass celebrated by Fr Pat Ryan; Philip Brennan for the graveside prayers and Fanagan’s funeral directors, Dundrum, for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements

To everyone who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

The Month’s Mind Mass for Anne will be held on Sunday 22nd January at 11.30 in the Church of Sts. Columbanus and Gall, Milltown. All Welcome.
