Oliver (Ollie) Egan

Oliver (Ollie) Egan, (Retired Garda), (Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and formerly of Killaree, Threecastles, Co. Kilkenny) 20th April 2024, peacefully in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of Clondalkin Lodge Residential Home. Beloved husband of Margaret and loving father of Evelyn, Bridget and John. Ollie will be sadly missed by his wife and family, brothers Frank and Michael, sisters, Mary, Kathleen and Delores, grandchildren Cian, Ruby, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Ollie will be reposing in Shasby’s Funeral Home, Kilkenny City (R95 KR20) on Tuesday 23rd April 2024 from 5.00pm to 7pm, with rosary and vigil prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. John’s Church, Kilkenny City (R95 ND2W) on Wednesday morning (24th) at 10.30am followed by burial in Tulla Cemetery, Threecastles (R95 YX02).
