Margaret Hickey
(née O'Brien)

Hickey, Barnavara Cork, late of Ballyvorney and Liam Healy Road, Fair Hill. On 9th May 2024. Peacefully but unexpectedly in her 98 year surrounded by her family in the tender loving care of the staff in Ballynoe Nursing Home. Margaret (née O’Brien). Dearly beloved wife of the late John, adored mother of Danny, Margaret, Kathleen, Michael and her late Daughter Ann, son-in-law Everett and grandson Séan. Margaret was the last surviving member of a large family of brothers and sisters. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

May Margaret rest in peace.

Requiem Mass on Saturday, 11th May, at St. Michael’s Garrison Church, Collins Barracks, Cork, T23 VA02 at 11.00am, followed by burial in St Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
