GRIFFIN; The death has occurred of Kitty (Catherine) Griffin, (Née O’Connor), “Little Haven”, Seafield Estate, Youghal, Co. Cork and formerly of Ballyphilip, Knockanore, Co. Waterford, on 22nd April 2024, peacefully, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Loving wife of the late Cathal Calvin Griffin, loving daughter of the late Bridget and John Joe O’Connor, sister of the late Peggy (Margaret) Moloney, John, Tom, Anne and Breda O’Connor.

Dearly beloved mother of David, Cathal and Liam. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, brother Rev Fr. Liam O’Connor P.P. (Church of the English Martyrs, Goring-by-Sea, UK), daughters-in-law Ulrika, Agnieszka and Precious, grandsons Ian, Tom, John and Emmanuel, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at Aidan Walsh & Sons Funeral Home, Tallow.

on Tuesday evening, 30th April, from 5.30pm to 7.00 pm,

followed by removal to

The Church of the Sacred Heart, Knockanore

Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning 1st May at 11.00 am.

Followed by burial in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Ladysbridge, Co. Cork.

No Flowers Please.
