The death has occurred of
JAMES (JIM) HENNESSY
Hennessy (Greenmount Avenue, Cork) On May 10th 2024, peacefully in the tender and loving care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Ward 1A Cork University Hospital, in the presence of his friends Finbarr and John, James (Jim) (late of Roches Stores and Collins Pitch and Putt Club) beloved son of the late Joe and Joanne (nee Galvin) (late of Ballineen). Sadly missed by his good friends Finbarr Buckley, John O' Donovan and Mary Forde, his cousins Mary (Hennessy) and John (Hennessy), his home carers Breda McCarthy, Phyliss Crean, Evelyn Ryan, Frances O' Byrne, Karen McCormack and Paul O'Sullivan, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Sullivan's Funeral Home, Turners Cross on Saturday, May 11th, from 2.00pm until 3.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday, May 13th, at 11.00am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough which will be live streamed on the link below. Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr's Cemetery.
