Although I have no real connection to Shay or his family except for living in the nearby area, hearing about his passing has affected me greatly and I think about him and his family daily since I heard the terrible news. I know that what I feel is only a fraction of what those closest to him are going through right now and that breaks my heart. May he rest in peace.
