I am really sorry to hear that Colm has died Bridget. Eithne and Eileen gave me the sad news. This is a big loss indeed for you and for the whole family. I have such lovely memories of my father bringing us to your house on Christmas day in the morning. We would join the three of you - Colm as the youngest stood out . Your mother would give us lemonade - a special Christmas treat in those days - and a large box of coconut
creams, our favourite biscuits. I really enjoyed those visits. It's over for him now in this life and I know you are missing him greatly but the memories remain. Ar dheis De ata a ainm dilis.

My sincere condolences to Colums daughter Nicula on the passing of Colum. He was a good friend of mine when he arrived in New Ross many years ago from Dublin. May his soul rest in peace.
