It is with great sadness that I learned of Astrids passing today. My sincere condolences to all the Hassett family. She was such a beautiful person great to chat too & always spoke about her family. She always had a beautiful smile. God rest her beautiful soul volunteer with Galway Hospice 🙏🙏

Astrid was a unique lady, I have never met anyone like her before and I doubt I ever will. She was always so kind, caring , thoughtful and welcoming. She had the best sense of humour. I will really miss my morning calls to her house. Im so glad i got to know her, even for those short few months.
