After a long illness, Carolyn (Lyn) Campbell, in the loving care of the medical and nursing staff in St. James’s Hospital. Deeply missed by her husband Sandy, son Peter, daughter Nicole, sister Mary, brothers-in-law Bruce and David, sisters-in-law Charlotte and Gillian, nieces Aisling and Abigail, relatives, and friends. With many thanks to all the staff who cared for her over the years in St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Blackrock Health Hermitage Clinic, Tallaght University Hospital, and Care Choice Care Home.

Repose in Fanagans Funeral Directors, Main Street, Tallaght Village on Friday, May 10th, between 5pm and 7pm. Funeral Service in Rathfarnham Parish Church on Saturday, May 11th, at 11am, then to Bohernabreena Cemetery. Service to be livestreamed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtJPKhADZ10.
