Bridie Stuart
(née O'Connell)

Bridie Stuart nee O’Connell of Liosdara, Oakpark, Tralee and formerly Acres, Annascaul, Co. Kerry, died peacefully on 8th May 2024, beloved wife of the late Eugene (Gene), dearest mother of Robert, John, Louise, Deirdre, Eugene and the late Pat and sister of the late Mary (Moore).

Sadly missed by her loving family, her seventeen grandchildren, son-in-law John, daughters-in-law Claire, Siobhan & Ann, nieces Marian & Kathleen, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Friday (10th May) from 6 to 7.30 pm. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Tralee on Saturday afternoon where Requiem Mass for Bridie will be celebrated at 2 pm. (streamed on www.stjohns.ie). Interment afterwards in Rath cemetery.

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to The Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K. (via “Donation” link below – Kerry Hospice Foundation), or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee.
