Brendan Danaher

The death has occurred of Brendan Danaher, Fort Lodge, Charleville, former chairman of GVM Mart and Limerick GAA County Board, and former member of Limerick County Council, on April 22nd 2024, very peacefully at University Hospital Limerick, and more recently in the tender and loving care of all at Beech Lodge Nursing Home, Bruree. Beloved husband of the late Kay (nee Benson), brother of the late Maureen and Colman. Deeply loved father of Rosemaree, Ambrose and Pierse and grandfather of Brianna and Alexandra.

Brendan will be forever loved and remembered by his sons, daughter, son-in-law Clive and granddaughters and will be sadly missed by his brother-in-law James, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing this Wednesday evening (24th) from 6pm at Daffy’s Funeral Home, Ballyagran followed by evening prayers at 8pm. Brendan's Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am on Thursday in St.Michael's Church, Ballyagran followed by burial afterwards to Colmanswell Cemetery.
