The Family of the late Timmy Costello, Inchavara, Milestone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the many expressions of sympathy and support we received at the time of Timmy’s passing and throughout the weeks since. Thank you to the many people who visited our home, brought food, helped with catering, lighting  and parking, attended Timmy’s removal, funeral Mass and burial, sent floral tributes, Mass cards, letters and texts, those who shared happy memories and warm messages online, those who travelled from near and far to offer comfort and support.

To our extended family, our kind neighbours and friends in Ballycahill and the Milestone, your kindness and generosity of spirit will never be forgotten. Heartfelt thanks to Fr. Woods , Fr. Celsus Tierney and Fr. Tony Ryan for their prayers, comforting guidance & beautiful funeral mass. Thank you also to the singers, musicians, altar servers and Sacristan who contributed greatly to Timmy’s funeral mass. Thank you to Micheál Bourke and his staff for the beautiful meal served to those who attended Timmy’s funeral in Kilcommon. Thank you to all who helped prepare Timmy’s final resting place in Kilcommon Graveyard. Many thanks to Joe O’Dwyer, O’Dwyers Funeral Directors for his kindness and professionalism.

Thanks to all the medical professionals who looked after Timmy over the years, Dr. DeLarghy and Dr. Morrissey and also  Ena, also to the staff at O’Connell’s Pharmacy, Borrisoleigh. Thanks also to the Community and Palliative Care teams, who were on call and available as we needed them. Special thanks to our friend and neighbour, Anne Craddock, for her kindness and support to Timmy and our family.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.

The Month’s Mind Mass for Timmy Costello will take place on Friday 26th April, 8pm, St. Patrick’s Church, Kilcommon, Co. Tipperary. All are welcome.
