Syl Durnin

Peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the kind and gentle care of the staff in Silverstream Nursing Home. Syl was the beloved husband of the late Teresa (née Hearty). Loving dad of Mary and Ken, devoted granda of Mark, Jenny, Orla and Sean, beloved great-granda of Méabh, Joe and Inis, Syl will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughter-In-law Elaine, Mark's wife Grace, Jenny's husband Rory, Orla's partner Sean, sister Marie, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends and by all who knew and loved him.

Reposing in Dixons Funeral Home, Maxwell Row, Bridge Street, Dundalk (Eircode A91 PV07) on Thursday afternoon between 3 o’clock until 7 o’clock. Removal on Friday afternoon at 1.40 arriving for 2 o’clock Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Redemptorists Church. Thereafter driving to Haggardstown Cemetery for burial.
