Jack Barrett

Jack Barrett, Attycunnane, Belmullet, Co. Mayo peacefully at the Belmullet Community Hospital surrounded by his loving family on 15th April 2024.

 

Predeceased by his parents Harry and Mary and sisters Maura and Margaret.

 

Beloved brother of Kathleen (Killala), Tony (Williamstown, Co. Galway), Teresa (Ballina), Patricia (Gortmellia Mills, Barnatra), Veronica (Ballina) and Paddy Joe (Ballina). He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, kind neighbours and friends.

 

The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr Fergal Ruane, Dr Keith Swanick, the nursing staff and staff of the Belmullet Community Hospital for their kindness and care to Jack during his illness.

 

May His Kind and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

 

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Wednesday evening from 7.30 until 9 O’Clock with funeral arriving at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet at 9.30. Funeral Mass on Thursday afternoon at 2 O’Clock followed by burial in Glencastle New Cemetery.
