Passed away peacefully after a short illness at Mayo Roscommon Hospice, Castlebar surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret Lynskey. Gerard will be sadly missed by his loving family, his devoted wife Eileen, daughters Marguerite (Dalton), Claremorris, Caitriona (Corcoran), Kilconly, sons Martin and Brian, Gortskehy, sons-in-law Michael and David, daughters-in-law Marita and Augusta, grandchildren Alannah, Molly, Emily, Lucy, Charlie, Patrick, Harry, Neala and Louis, his sisters Maureen Sheridan (Kilmessan), Bernadette Larkin (Naas), Phil Lennon (Carlow), Nuala O Neill (Fermoy), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and his large circle of friends.

Gerard's remains will repose at St Colman's Funeral Home, Lower James Street, Claremorris (F12R3W8) on Tuesday evening 16th of April, from 5pm to 7pm.

 

Removal from his residence on Wednesday morning to arrive for Funeral Mass at 12 noon in The Church of The Immaculate Conception, Roundfort (F12YV70) with burial afterwards in Roundfort Cemetery.

 

House strictly private. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Mayo Roscommon Hospice.
