Desmond (Des) McManus

Desmond (Des), formerly of Dublin Institute of Technology Kevin Street and the Island Golf Club, passed away peacefully on 24th March 2024 at the Mater Hospital in his 99th year. Beloved husband of the late Frances and dear Dad of the late Neil, he will be sadly missed by his sister Una, daughter Pauline, son Des, grandchildren Patrick, Aoife, Mark, and Robin, and daughters-in-law Catherine and Kristeen. He will be fondly remembered by his extended family, neighbours, friends, and all who knew and loved him.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Ballygall Road West on Tuesday (2nd April) from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral on Wednesday (3rd April) to St. Canice's Church, Finglas Village, arrving for 10am Requiem Mass. Cremation afterwards in Glasnevin.
