Declan (Deco) Whelan, Ballyleen, Ballon, Co. Carlow and formerly of Glenview Park, Tallaght – 26th April 2024 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family; predeceased by his infant son Glen and father Christy. Sadly missed by his loving wife Bernie, sons Aaron and Rhys, daughters Jade, Leah and Abbie and their partners, granddaughter Ellie, mother Emily, brother Steven, sister Lorraine, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Halligan’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Rathvilly (Eircode R93 C560) on Monday evening from 5pm concluding at 8pm. Funeral arriving to Saints Peter and Paul Church, Ballon on Tuesday for 11am Requiem Mass followed by Cremation Service in The Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross at 1.45pm.
