The testament of a man is in the memories he leaves behind. Enzo was a true gentleman to everyone he met. His legacy will live on in his children and grandchildren. He was a great business man, employer and townsperson. We got on very well all the years I delivered potatoes to him. He introduced our children to the Italian cake Panne tonne at Christmas when they were very young and always sent a present of it to them. Christmas had arrived in Kylebrack when ‘Panne’ came home with me. God rest you Enzo and bring comfort to your wife Nuala and children, grandchildren, their families and your many friends in Ennis, Italy and many corners of the world. The town has lost one of its most valued patriarch’s.
