It was such a lovely sight last night to see so many young people respectfully honouring their friend Phil with balloons on the Lake Road. I didn't know Phil but it's clear to see how loved he was and the difference he made. I'm truly sorry for your loss.

I dont even know where to start with this, i didnt know you aswell as everyone else did but i knew you. Through everything you had to go through you always had a smile on your face and never let anything stop you from living life as fully as you could, you and your story, your life your personality your bravery through all of it has truly impacted the life of so many others, you taught me to be grateful for everything i had and to not let anyone or anything stop me from living, you were only a baby yet you lived stronger than most adults out there, you didnt deserve to go through anything you did but im sure that you are in a much better, more peacful place, i have so much pain in my heart over you and you havent left my mind the last few days, my heart goes out to your family as i cant even begin to imagine what it feels like to lose a family member, especially as young as you. You deserved so so much. You brought so much joy to the people around you as such a kind sweet soul who would never let anything stop him from being him. You didn’t deserve this. You were so loved by everyone around you and truly made a difference to everyones worldview. Heaven has gained the sweetest purest angel,,May you rest in eternal peace phil.
