Dear Pat and family, I only heard the sad news today of Noel’s passing. I remember him as a very kind and friendly man. Thinking of you all at this time. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of Noels passing .
I remember him so fondly from the 51st ballybrack scouts he was brilliant with us a true legend 👏..R.i.p thinking of his family at this time.
