In my time in Cork Con, Liam was just a legend as a player and a true gentleman besides. My deepest sympathies to all his family.

Liam was a patient man who tolerated all of us girls when we would hang out with Suzie & Lynn.
My strongest memory of him which I think of often, was getting lifts to school- sitting in the back of his car and he would play his “ learn French” tapes. He would listen to the words and recite them out loud. I was inspired that this man wanted to learn something new on his way to work! He was quietly motivating and calm at the same time. My deepest love and sorry alongside such fabulous memories of the coughlan family. Yvonne, Suzie, Lynn & Jenny - He is more with you know than he could ever be. Jean xxx
