Dear Brian, Dermot, Niall , Una and families.
We are so sorry to learn of Aunty Kathleen's death.
When Rosaire and I visited Ireland with our children , we often were able to visit your mom and dad. They always were so full of welcome and hospitality . We enjoyed our time with them. In later years I would visit your mom when I went back to Ireland and again was always warmly welcomed.
She often spoke of her boys and your families. They were both very proud of you three and you were much loved.

Kathleen Hamill - a teacher, a colleague but most importantly, a friend - loyal, independent, kind and generous with a great sense of humour. Kathleen would cry tears of laughter at gatherings and was always great company. She was highly regarded by her colleagues and greatly loved by her many friends from her days in Scoil Mháthair Dé, friendships which have endured through the decades. I will cherish forever the memories of our last gathering with Kathleen a week ago, where all of us laughed, talked and remembered.
Kathleen, Rest Peacefully.
