To all of Jo’s family especially Cian & Louise, we send our deepest condolences on the death of your wonderful mother Jo. We remember her with great fondness as she sang with us for many years during Cian’s stewardship. We have really lovely memories of her, her sense of fun, her great laugh, her lovely alto voice and great sense of timing that we novices at the time depended on! Sincerest Condolences to All of Josephine's immediate and extended Family. I have nothing but the fondest memories of the beautiful wonderful down to earth human being that was Josephine. From way back at Coffee Mornings in Egans to times on The Cork Rd and in latter years occasional times when our paths crossed. Josephine's Good Humour and Gentle Nature always shone through. There is another member to God's Choir today, candles lit here in Castillo del Romeral.

Belated and heartfelt sympathy to Kevin, Cian, Deirdre and all the O'Carroll family on the passing of Josephine. I’ve re-lived so many beautiful musical and non-musical memories of Josephine over the last few days and shed some tears while watching her beautiful Funeral Mass online yesterday. She was a one off and lived a full and amazing life and gave so much to others with her kindness and lovely warm nature. She will be sadly missed. May Josephine rest in peace.

Thinking of you all very specially at this sad time, O'Carroll friends. What a treasure the world has lost, but during her long life Jo touched the lives of so many through her warm and heartfelt investment in everyone she met. She was a special lady and will be sadly missed.

It was with much sadness that I heard of the death of lovely Josephine. I have many fond memories of Josephine visiting my mam when we were young. I loved to meet Josephine in town, always a big smile and a hug. What a wonderful remarkable lady.
