We lived next door to Jim and have been friends for 44+years.
For the past few years we have visited him out in Roseville every couple of weeks and we will really miss those visits and the laughs we had with Jim.
Such a lovely "cheeky" rogue, who has left us with fond thoughts and memories, and who will be missed.
