Sincere sympathy to the Cuffe family on the passing of Geoff. He was an Exemplary Senior N.C.O. serving in C.T. Depot., Western Command, Custume Barracks, Athlone. A very knowledgeable person, humorous and excellent instructor. Geoff served with the United Nations Operation in the Congo (ONUC), 'A' Coy, 35th Inf. Bn., under the Command of Comdt. Pat Quinlan. He fought in the Siege and Battle of Jadotville for five days, from 13th to 17th September 1961. May he Rest in Peace.

Geoff worked so hard to support his family. I remember him sharing his stories of his service overseas his many hikes around Knockcroghery his cycles over and back to Ferbane Geoff enjoy these days of simple pleasures.Rest in peace Geoff.
