Daniel (Danny) Brennan

My deepest sympathies to Dara and the Brennan family on the passing of Danny. I was lucky enough to have Mr. Brennan as a history teacher in the CBS Secondary New Ross where his appreciation of history, Ireland and art was passed on to his students.

So sad to hear of Mr.Brennan’s passing - he was a wonderful teacher!!

Really saddened to learn of Danny’s passing and the richer for having known him. Some of his work hangs in both our son’s homes in Australia, lovely reminders of “the old sod” . Thank you Danny. Our thoughts are with you Pat and Ciaran and the rest of Danny’s family.

Extremely sorry on Dan's passing. Myself and my late wife Breda knew dad for 50 years. Dan was an extraordinary man , who was multi talented . We are pleased to have some of his paintings, which we cherish. May you rest in peace Dan for ever more.

To the most wonderful Art and Gaeilge teacher I could ever have wished for. Such a gentle, and yet strong person.
