Carmel Edwards née Rath, Clogherhead, Co. Louth and formerly of Cricklewood, London. 6th April 2024. Peacefully in the Louth County Hospital, Dundalk, surrounded by her loving family, aged 80 years. Carmel, pre-deceased by her husband Michael and loving mum to Mark and Paul. Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughter-in-law Emma, grandchildren Hannah and Jack, great-grandson Brodie, sister Fiona, brother Padraig, sisters-in-law Terry and Margaret, brothers-in-law Dave and Richard, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda (A92 XN75) on Monday evening from 5pm until 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 12 noon in St. Michael’s Church, Clogherhead which can be viewed live on https://churchmedia.tv/saint-michaels-church.
Burial afterwards in St. Denis’s Cemetery.
