Nuala died peacefully, in her home surrounded by her heartbroken family on 28-04-2024. Predeceased by her parents James and Lena, sister Teresa and partner Jim Taaffe.

Nuala will be forever missed and always remembered with love by her family, son Roy, daughters Rebecca and Lisa, sons-in-law Malcolm and Barry, daughter-in-law Joelonene, her adored grandchildren Ciáran, Andrew, Nicola, Scott, JJ, Callum, Logan, Leeroy, and great-grandchildren Críadh and Paisley, brother Shamine, sisters Ann, Maureen and Margaret, uncles James, Oliver and John McDermott, aunt Una, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and good friends.

Your presence we will miss,

Reposing in Our Lady's Manor Chapel, Edgeworthstown, on Tuesday 30th from 6pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral cortege will arrive to St. Mary's Church, Rathowen, on Wednesday, May 1st, for Mass at 11am, followed with Cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Rd, Cavan at 2pm. No flowers please, donations, if desired, to Westmeath Palliative Care c/o Connell Funeral Directors, Church St, Longford, or any family member.
